Uncle Arthur Through To Regional Finals Of Live & Unsigned Competition

On Sunday 30th Mar, Uncle Arthur got through the Regional Semi Finals at Hove Town Hall, having previously got through the auditions on 10th Feb, to which over 10,000 bands had applied. There were 2 heats on Sunday for the band category, with a total of 34 bands competing to be one of the 16 bands chosen to go forward to the Regional Finals on 26th April, to be held again at Hove Town Hall.

Uncle Arthur's fine performance gained them their position in the Finals. This part of the competition is to be televised around the various 10 regions of the country, giving the audience a chance to get to know the acts and witness their development through these final stages of the competition, to the National Grand Final in London on June 28th. Uncle Arthur performed one of their newest tracks, which is one of the many new songs they are recording at this moment in time. Live & Unsigned will be shown on Sky's new channel 'Red TV ' Sky 186 on Tuesday and Saturday evenings between 8-9pm from April 22nd
